Jesmonite AC100 typically takes 30-40 minutes to set at room temperature. However, full curing can take up to 24 hours for maximum strength and durability.

The minimum recommended thickness for Jesmonite AC100 is 5mm to ensure strength and durability. Thinner pieces may be fragile unless reinforced.
